Just like watching a show on Comcast, Netflix, or Hulu, when something goes wrong refresh the page and you should be all set to continue from where you left off. To refresh on a PC, push Control F5 (the f5 key at the top of your keyboard). Our system will remember where you left off but you can also fast forward back to where you were. On a Mac hit Command R on your keyboard.
Generally this is a "self-healing" process, but if it does not fix itself you can refresh the page and even fast forward back to where you left off.
